Lesson Learned. Lindsey Jacobellis' Famous Flub from 2006 Olympics

36-year old American snowboarder Lindsey Jacobellis first competed in the 2006 Winter games in Torino (Turin). She was on her way to an easy gold medal with a massive lead until she decided to showboat right before the finish line by lifting her board (video below).

Jacobellis said that experience 16 years ago shaped her into the individual that she is keeping her hungry and fighting in this sport.
