A South Florida man is facing serious charges after his own vehicle's onboard camera recorded him grabbing a gun and opening fire on another driver. According to authorities, the Deerfield Beach man can be seen on video grabbing a gun from his vehicle's center console and opening fire on another vehicle while traveling southbound on I-95.
